I went to Kung Foods on a whim, and it was a very interesting experience. I'm definitely into vegetarian.. and even vegan food, but for me-- low-cal and fresh food is where it counts. The assortment of cafeteria-style food was original and interesting, but a little scary, cold.. and didn't seem that fresh or healthy. The salad bar on the other hand, is small, but very fresh and has a great selection of dressing. For everything, you choose and serve yourself and then they weigh your plate. There's indoor and outdoor seating- I sat outdoor on retro white plastic tables. And excuse me.. no one told me they have a drive through?!? I think a meal at Kung really depends-on-the-day. I gotta try it again.
