Jimbo's newest store, in 4S Ranch (West Rancho Bernardo) has a great vegan bakery with different vegan cookies, scones, muffins, cakes and more. They also have a good variety of vegan cooked meals for take-out or dine-in. They use organic products and are a local private company that is very involved with our community, supporting local farms and donating to local NGOs.
