On December 25th my Boyfriend and I took his family to dinner, it was a rainy day. Sunset Parking Service parked my car (involuntarily) when I returned to my car I found the attendant closing my trunk at which time the tail light on my spoiler was broken, I never received an answer as to why he was in my trunk to begin with. Later I discovered my electrical Mercedes key had been dropped in water probably on the ground as it was storming that day causing water damage now the key no longer locks my doors and cranks my car intermittently total estimate on repairs $600. Contacting the claims department of Sunset Parking Service was a waste of time, as the response I received was based up the word of the attendant -a young man who looked to be about 19 years of age he didn't back my car into anything, and all keys are placed in a lockbox therefore they will not be taking responsibility. Perhaps Sunset Parking Service may really believe I'm trying to scam them out of $600. Upon research through the Better Business Bureau I was horrified to find several complaints from previous unhappy customers.

I frequently shop at Nordstrom, and I find it particularly convenient that they have valet parking. So far, the guys from this valet parking company who have parked my car over the years have done a good job, not a single dent or scratch. And the attendants look nice in their uniform. Very polite too. How I wish all the places I frequent have the same valet services.
