I worked for that company for 6 mounths.. He hires idiots..and he himself is an idiot... if you want too be ripped off as a client..or as an employees ..go too national public safety....if you want your service too go backwards.....

A guy was killed a few days ago while they where doing a funeral escort. I was told they are blaming the guy for his own death. The guy leaves behind two children and a wife. How sad!

I worked for Doug Frost in 2000 when they were K-9 Security. I was asked to document the time spent on a certain low income housing property and when the actual figures came in, they fell short of patrol time by almost 85%.. not even CLOSE to what they were paid for. I know for a fact this happened with two properties during my short employment there.Upon quitting, I notified both properties and turned over all my records to them.Many times, employees were told they couldnt be paid due to lack of funds in the business.I met Doug and his partner at the time when I worked for an ambulance company in El Cajon. He promised me the world too and fell WAY short. I even had to babysit his daughter a few times while I was working!!!His company is a joke and Im actually surprised that he's been in business this long. Doug Frost is a CON and his wife turns a blind eye.

I have worked there for almost a year now and can only say this is the bigest joke for a security job you can imagine. Our checks bounce (three times for me so far) and hate the way I'm treated by the owner. He spends more then the company makes and has to lay people off to make up for it. As For the cars, they do have more miles on them then that, but it's the registration that would get us. Most have the wrong plates on them, but because those plates are actually registered and come up the same model vehicles, they pass... try matching the vin with the plates and see how far we get.

I WORKED FOR NPS FOR A YEAR AND THEY DO NOT UPKEEP THE CARS. SOME OF THEM HAVE 300,000 MILES ON THEM. THE INSIDE OF THE CARS ARE FALLING APART WITH WIRES HANGING ALL OVER. THEY ACT LIKE COPS AND TELL EVERYONE THEY ARE PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICERS. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THEM GO WITH A COMPANY LIKE SECURITY FIRST. BACK IN 2007 THEY HAD A OFFICER COME TO WORK DRUNK AND TAKE OUT A PATROL CAR AND DO A HIT AND RUN. THAT RIGHT THERE GOES TO SHOW YOU WHAT KIND OF OFFICERS THEY EMPLOY. IF YOU DONT BELIVE ME LOOK INSIDE THE CARS OR IN THE PARKING LOT OF THE MAIN OFFICE YOU WILL SEE HOW BAD THEY ARE.

I worked for nps for just under a year and was making $8.50 an hour when I was told that I would be making $10. I had to wear a used uniform and was constantly told that I would be getting a new from Doug frost himself. The whole 11 in a half months I worked for that asshole I never got a raise, new uniforms or any kind of promotion. A few guys that started months after me like old man Hahn who is also an asshole got promoted from officer straight to luitenent. Checks bounced almost every payday except for dougs and few others who received their checks days before everyone else. Memos were always posted to contact payroll if we had problems with our checks but when we called the lil bitch never answered the phone or returned our calls. They were taking money from everyones check saying it was a uniform deposit that we would get back when we returned the uniform and when that day came for me I was told that I there was no such thing. They constantly changed the schedule without our knowing then would write us up for no call no show and even fired me for it and said it wasn't they're problem. A sgt by the name of Wayne sandt has sexually harrassed a couple of the females that were employeed there and they ended up losing their jobs for while he continues to work there. I'm glad I don't work for that company anymore and advise anyone that wants to get into security not to work for Doug frost. The guy is a wannabe cop and has been arrested twice for impersonating one. He doesn't give a damn about anyone but himself and doesn't care if his employees get paid or not just as long as he does.

i worked for doug frost as well. he is a con artist. came accross a resident that forst his way into the facility. i called dispatch to tell them what happened and to send the police. i even had a witness that saw the whole thing. the dispatch said for me to do what i have to do. so i called the police. sd police came and said that there was no crime commited. when my prof was standing right there. i was verbily assalted and attacked by both police officers. they literally scared the crap out of me so bad that the doctor said i had an anxiety attack. for the fact that they were police officers they r intimidating. the dispatch told the cop that she said for me not to call the police. witch was a lie. n i tried to tell doug frost n he would not even let me tell my side of the story. now my attorney found out that he n the company has been saying slander about me to the detectives and the news group and the DA's office i was the security guard that got in to a shooting when a man was over powering me trying to take my gun. as you can read im the servivor and the other is not. i think about what happened everyday. Now the DA and the detective is refusing to give me back my property. i called the ACLU n now we are setting a law suit for the violation of my 2nd and 7th right. they say i have a good case. doug? i will be seeing you in court also for slander when im done with the san diego county. the company needs to be shut down. i even saw doug drinking while on duty up at a special event in indio doing a concert. doug if you read this. im shore you remember me. i was the slimest guy there. you treated me like a punk kid. you have been a wolf on my shoulder for to long. so has the detectives and the DA. now im going to duke it out with the wolf in a legal matter. see you in court soon

Quite simply I was going to hire this company for management of a large apt/condo housing here in San Diego. I thankfully discovered that the owner of the company Douglas Frost is a dishonest person and does not follow through with his commitment to his clients. He is not liked in the community or in Law Enforcement especially. Please dont make the mistake of hiring them.
