Dealing with the Assistant Property Manager at Utopia has been very refreshing, as I have been looking for rentals for weeks, and have found this process long and draining. She was very friendly and helpful. She gave me details about properties and the surrounding neighborhood’s and school districts, along with additional information like how far it would take to drive from this property to the naval base where we will be stationed. I have never dealt with anyone before who has been so helpful and willing to go the extra mile just to ensure someone is happy with what they rent. Dealing with her made me look more forward to moving to California. Very professional and friendly, she made me look forward to renting with Utopia Management. Thank you for everything! I called ...they set an appointement for me to see the place over the weekend. I loved it! The girl took my application right there. On Monday she called & said I was approved. She made an appointment for me to come to their office in Kearney Mesa that week. When I got there everthing was ready for me. I paid my deposit and rent...and they gave me the keys.
