So, I've had a lot of calamari in my day-- and I must say, the Prado has the best and most original calamari I've ever had. My boyfriend works in the park and always boasted about it.. so I went with my mom to prove him wrong. I sat on the outdoor patio and got a glass of wine and calamari. When the calamari arrived, I was actually impressed... boyfriend was right again. I don't even know how to explain why it's so good, you just have to go see for yourself.
