Gold's Gym

Known as the ""Mecca for Bodybuilding"" since 1965, Gold's gym has catered to celebrities like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Lou Ferrigno. Gold's has expanded its services and now offers group fitness classes, spinning, Pilates and Yoga. Everyone is welcome at Gold's Gym.

Gold's Gym is the best gym to work out at in San Diego. My girlfriend thinks it's a guy's gym and doesn't offer a lot to women- but that's why I like it. It's a guy's gym.
