I work for a marketing firm downtown. My company puts on picnics twice a year- at the beginning of spring and the end of summer. At the spring picnic last week, 'Culinary Concepts' catered a Baja Taco Stand and it was great. My company loves Culinary Concepts because they throw a team building twist into the catering. In addition to food, they organize group games and sports to aid team bonding within the company. My boss was in heaven, and so were we.. mainly because of the tacos.
