I love Harrah's new rooms in the Garden tower but be sure to get a pool view room---otherwise you will not have a good view. The casino is busy with a good atmosphere. Table games are good...video poker has low pay scales. Review added by San Diego Casino Reviews

   I am contacting you in regards to thanking your casino employee Bob who is a manager in the area of slot machines. I visited Harrah's Casino on Feb 7th. The problem concerned a machine where I thought the machine did not pay me properly. It was a machine that involved 3 777's (red, white & blue) and I was playing the max amount with quarters. When I decided to cash out my ticket I felt I did not get the correct amount and spoke to a waitress and floor manager who pointed out that I would have gotten more money if I had been playing dollars. However, I left the casino and still felt that what I won was unfair. To make a long story short I later called the casino and spoke to two people who basically said they could not investigate the problem and just told me what I had done wrong even though I had two witnesses at my machine. It was Bob the manager who took the time to investigate what really went wrong (I had a players card) and called me back to explain that I had indeed gotton a red, white and blue 777's but they were not in the correct color order to win to amount stated on the chart. I commend Bob for being concerned that I may not have been treated fairly and took the time to investigate the problem. It's just nice to know that when you spend a lot of money someone takes the time to listen and attempts to treat you fairly. Bob is GREAT! Thanks......Pat Lang ...

My friends and I had a lot of fun here right after my bridal shower last year. Actually, we thought about Vegas, but we were pretty tipsy to drive that far then, so we went to this one…and felt like we were in Las Vegas. More than a thousand slot machines, a hundred Bingo machines, all the thrills, and of course, noise of your typical Vegas casino….It’s all here. Review added by Rory
